Effective Quality Systems to Meet Customer Requirements
The Quality Assurance Team at Integrated Service Solutions ensures that all of our processes and procedures meet customer requirements and industry rules and regulations. Our commitment to quality is front and center in all of the services that we deliver.
Our Quality Engineers routinely perform compliance audits on the services we provide to our customers. They accompany our field service specialists to observe their performance and also provide training to new tehnicians. All new customer calibration documents receive 100% QA review and returning customers are ensured of quality services by routine scrutinizing of the SOP’s used to administer the services as well as QA assessment of calibration reports.
This group of dedicated professionals also acts as a technical resource for the management team at Integrated Service Solutions and also for many of our customers, especially during FDA audits. In addition, they are responsible for conducting internal audits as well as coordinating the annual ISO and A2LA audits for our registration and accrediation renewals. Likewise, this team hosts up to two dozen annual audits by our customers when they visit our facility to perform routine assessments.
