We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service / Operations Administrator. This position is part of our growing customer service team based at our office in Lansdale, PA.

This is not an entry level position and it is much more than a typical customer service job.

It is a multi-faceted career opportunity involving day-to-day operations and scheduling of field service personnel; replying to emails, answering phones and working as part of a cohesive team.

Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining a high customer satisfaction metric through frequent and strong communications with customers and field service personnel

• Daily scheduling of workflow instructions and equipment to our technicians
• Parts procurement and outsourcing
• Assisting with general office functions
• Driving to/from customer sites using a company supplied vehicle (will involve one overnight stay per month.)

The ideal candidate knows how to prioritize tasks and must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Extremely well organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Results-oriented with strict attention to detail
• Self motivated
• Proficient in WORD, Excel, Quickbooks/Enterprise

Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years related business experience preferably in the service industry such as alarm/security or HVAC or combined degree and experience.

Must have and maintain:

  • reliable transportation
  • valid driver’s license, current inspection and emissions
  • clean driving record
  • be able to pass a drug and background check
