Metrology Laboratory
Housed in our new facility is our state-of-the-art 6,000 sq. ft. Metrology Laboratory where we provide calibration and repair services for all major brands of equipment. Both temperature and humidity controlled, the Laboratory is outfitted with the latest standards. In addition the Metrology Lab is ANSI Z540 compliant and is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2005 with a demonstrated ability to perform specific calibration tests. Every instrument calibration is performed by trained technicians according to manufacturer’s specifications using established procedures and in full compliance with ISO guidelines.
Our Metrology Lab uses very sophisticated test and measurement equipment and is comprised of ergonomically functionally workbenches designated for specific applications; i.e., pressure, temperature, etc. In addition, we have a variety of specialized and patented equipment for highly specialized applications.
All of our calibration services use standards of accuracy traceable to NIST. Certificates of Calibration are provided with all applicable NIST or certificate trace number(s). We maintain a complete documentation control system using validated Blue Mountain software (version 4.1) allowing us to best assess your needs and schedule services accordingly. In addition, our rigorous quality assurance program monitors the services being provided by our Metrology Lab to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Our standard turnaround time for calibrating equipment is 5 days. We also provide regional pickup and delivery as well as emergency service and rush orders. Also 24 hour service is available, please inquire.
