Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. is your single source for service, supplies, training and customer support of the ReactArray product line.
September 2008, it was announced that Anachem and Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. had entered into a service agreement. The focus of this collaboration is to provide U.S. and Canadian customers with application support, training, warranty, start-up, maintenance contracts, consumables, service and customer support for the ReactArray Workstation and Reactivate / Reactivate Model 1 and 2 Reaction Racks.
In addition, Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. supports sales of the popular product line through use of its training facility in Lansdale, Pennsylvania where demo units are set up for display.
In late January, the analytical engineers at Integrated Service Solutions completed their hands-on training on how to service the React Array product line. So now with one phone call or a single email you will receive warranty support, troubleshooting assistance and routine preventive and corrective maintenance services for your React Array systems.
