Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. has been providing NIST traceable on-site calibrations to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industry for more than ten years. All of our field service technicians receive documented cGMP-training as well as on-going training in the field to achieve the level of expertise needed to perform the job. Our Quality Assurance Team takes a proactive approach to ensure that the services that we deliver are in full compliance with the latest FDA rules and guidelines as well as the most up-to-date ISO standards.

With a library of more than 600 standard operating procedures (SOPs) we also employ a staff of experts who can custom write IQ/OQ/PQ protocols to meet specific calibration and application requirements and Regulatory (ICH/cGMP) compliance. In addition, we have adopted the latest ISO standard, ISO 21501, for calibrating particle counters.
