Our technicians have the training and experience to work on all brand name manufacturers’ equipment, including: Agilent, Waters, Perkin-Elmer, Varian, Hitachi, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo and Beckman Coulter.

As with all of our services, we deliver rapid response time which means we respond to your needs within 24 hours during normal working hours, Monday through Friday. We offer FIXED FEE services versus the industry standard T & M. Customers can realize savings up 40% lower than Original Equipment Manufactures’ (OEM) rates.

At Integrated Service Solutions, Inc., our technicians are equipped with the standard parts and instrumentation required to service your equipment needs. We inventory the most frequently used parts and offer alternate sources for identical parts at much lower costs than OEMs charge. Our efforts include locating and utilizing refurbished equipment whenever possible in order to maintain product life extension when parts are discontinued by OEMs.
