Mass Weight Calibration

The Mass Weight Calibration Laboratory at Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. is ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited by A2LA and provides mass weight calibrations with a measurement range of 1mg to 30kg.

We calibrate ASTM 1 weights to 4:1 TUR and all calibrations include electronic documentation and NIST traceable standards.

Uniquely Constructed Lab

The Mass Lab is housed in an air tight room that was designed exclusively for the singular purpose of calibrating weights. The specially built structure includes a 3 ft. deep concrete floor for stability and hydrophobic paint for durability. In addition, the Mass Laboratory is environmentally monitored and data is recorded 24/7/365 for consistency in temperature and humidity.

All weights delivered or shipped to our facility for calibration are entered into our database for tracking purposes and then placed in the laboratory for 24 hours. This allows the weights to acclimate to the environmental conditions before calibrating. With a scheduled appointment, 48 hour turnaround is available at no additional charge.

Regional pick up and delivery is available. Or you can ship weights directly to us. Our laboratory receives daily pick up and delivery from UPS and FedEx.

Value Added Service

In addition to weight calibration, we also clean and repaint weights. Repainting is performed in our paint booth and there is a large selection of color choices to choose from. Also, we have a partnership with an ISO registered weight manufacturer and distributor so we can provide you with new and/or replacement weights and cases.
