Wayne Amore
Director, Field Operations & Technical Development
After serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force, Wayne joined Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. in 1998 as one of the company’s first Service Technicians. Promoted to Director, Field Operations & Technical Development, he leads the calibration field service team responsible for delivering equipment calibration and maintenance as well as autoclave maintenance and validation services. He oversees and directs all of our large calibration projects and supervises our field calibration team.
Wayne’s wide range of experience ensures that our technicians follow strict quality assurance practices and he has personally mentored many of our calibration technicians imparting them with not only his technical knowledge but also the importance of accuracy in documentation and professionalism in interacting with customers. From 1978 to 1998 Wayne served as a Biomedical Equipment Repair Technician for the Air Force.He held several positions of responsibility including Supervisor of Imaging Services and Electromechanical Services. Prior to retiring from the Air Force, Wayne served as Supervisor in Charge of Biomedical Maintenance where he was responsible for the preventive maintenance, calibration and repair of more than 2,000 pieces of medical equipment.

On December 6, 2013, Wayne Amore received a distinguished service award celebrating 15 years with Integrated Service Solutions. Wayne is an integral part of our team and his contributions and commitment to service excellence are displayed daily. James Baker
Director, Certifications
Jim heads up the team of Certification specialists at Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. Since joining the organization in 2004 as a supervisor, his responsibilities have steadily increased. Jim has more than 20 years experience in providing Biological and Chemical Containment services including Biological Safety Cabinets (Class 1-3), Biological Safety Levels (1-4), Design and Controls of Containment Areas, Chemical Fume Hoods (Ashrae and SEFA), Balance Enclosures, LaCalhene Isolation Chambers; Cleanrooms and Sterility includes: Title 21 CFR Parts 210, 211, and 820, Terminal Sterilization, FDA Aseptic Processing Guidelines, Dry Heat Ovens and Tunnels, Airflow Requirements, Particle Counts (viable and non-viable), Federal Standard 209E, ISO 14644-1 and 14644-2. Prior to joining Integrated Service Solutions, Inc., Jim was an Account Manager/Technician for Micro-Clean. He holds an Associates Degree in Business from Lehigh Carbon County College and is NSF Accredited.
