In April 2020, upon the retirement of the former CEO, Catherine was promoted to Senior Director Operations.
Catherine joined Integrated Service Solutions in 2002. In this role she directs the day-to-day business development and customer service operations. Since joining the company, she has worked closely with Joseph Uricchio, Founder and Company President, as well as senior management and technical directors to identify and develop strategic revenue opportunities. Catherine has been responsible for key initiatives such as training and mentoring a first class customer service team, crafting and expanding the customer satisfaction program, building and developing an infrastructure to support expanding operations and creating and maintaining the corporate image and web site.
Catherine, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, brings more than 25 years of marketing and business development experience to Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. She has held key positions at a wide spectrum of organizations—from successful start-up manufacturers to Fortune 500 publishing and media companies.
Prior to joining Integrated Service Solutions, Inc., Catherine spent four years as Marketing Director for a suburban Philadelphia property in the Gannett Media Publishing chain where she was on the fast-track to managing one of major properties for the organization. During her tenure there, she was nominated each year and achieved marketing awards for designing award winning marketing campaigns and increasing advertising revenues.
Before that, she was Marketing/Business Development Manager at the Monsanto venture capital division Diamonex in Allentown, PA. In this role, Catherine was directly responsible for the development and launch of a multi-million dollar national media campaign to promote a major ophthalmic brand. In addition, she managed the nationwide customer service and sales teams.

Joseph Uricchio is President and CEO of Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. Joe has more than 40 years experience in sales and service sectors for manufacturers of industrial sensors, energy management systems, as well as pharmaceutical test and measurement services.
Prior to founding Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. in 1998, Joe served as Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Division at American Technical Services, Inc. There, he initiated and developed the directional strategies for the pharmaceutical division’s New Business Operations and Sales Plans. Prior to joining American Technical Services, Inc., Joe served as Director/General Manager, Services Business for Leeds & Northrup. During his tenure there, the service business was reorganized, developed and marketed to achieve a new business model as a single source service solution with rapid customer response. Joe’s experience also includes serving as Vice President of Sales at American Auto-Matrix, Inc., where he distinguished himself by making Operations profitable in each of five sales regions and also developed a market segmentation approach to dealer networks.
Joe began his career in 1973 at Leeds & Northrup Instruments where he took on various sales management roles and was responsible for $40 million in sales.
Joe holds a Bachelors of Science, Electrical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
