Business Development Team
Like our customer service group, the internal business development team helps to build business relationships and ensure long-term revenue growth. This critical function is staffed with individuals who share an attitude and motivation to propel the business forward.
This collaborative group interacts with our customers on a daily basis through phone, email and on-line chat sessions and displays a proficiency in analyzing and gathering information.
Specializing in the business metric of rapid response, they provide 24 hour turnaround on quote requests and average more than 3,000 quotes per year. All quote requests receive a personalized electronic proposal that includes back up documentation and supporting information.
In addition to generating proposals, the Business Development Team conducts quarterly customer satisfaction surveys via email. The results of these surveys are reviewed and shared company-wide. Routinely reaching out to our customer base through surveys, face-to-face visits and on-site audits ensures that we are providing a consistent level of quality services to all of our customers. The metrics of the surveys are analyzed year over year for trending performance and are a key component of our annual ISO 9001 audit.
