James joined our team in the Spring of 2002 and is a key member of our analytical services team. His background in analytical chemistry is a huge asset to the organization as he services a vast array of analytical instrumentation such as UV-VIS, HPLC and Karl Fisher Titrator’s. In addition, his demonstrated experience includes providing calibration, system suitability and preventive and corrective maintenance for Sievers 400, 500, 800 and 900 Total Organic Carbon Analyzers and Anatel A-1000 and A643 and Thornton 5000 and Shimadzu instruments. James has a Bachelor of Science/Chemistry from Cook College, Rutgers University, NJ.
Kathy Keating
Senior Validation Specialist
Kathy is a degreed Microbiologist with more than 25 years of pharmaceutical, biotech and food industry experience. Throughout her career, she has held varying positions of responsibility including Operations Manager of Microbiology and Laboratory Director. As a Senior Validation Specialist at Integrated Service Solutions, she is the “go to” person for preparing, writing and implementing numerous IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for a wide variety of equipment including; stability chambers, walk-ins, sterilizers, autoclaves and refrigerated trailers. In addition, Kathy has mentored various personnel on our staff sharing her extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical test methods, compliance regulations, SOP writing and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Kathy has a B.A. Biology, Kean College of New Jersey; an M.S. Microbiology, 1985, Fairleigh Dickinson University; and a M.S. Food Science, Rutgers.
