Our customer service department is a vital component of our service business and is at the very heart of what we do—providing our customers with exceptional service.

Our customer service administrators respond to your live chat requests, answer the phone when you call, reply to your emails, pick up and deliver test equipment to our Metrology Lab, ship and receive orders from our customers throughout the U.S., order the parts that you need and coordinate the schedules of all of our field service technicians. This commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated everyday and is highlighted by routine feedback from our customers.
