To meet increasing customer demand, Integrated Service Solutions, Inc. has expanded calibration services for torque wrenches and screwdrivers. The SURETEST Torque Calibration system is a laboratory grade instrument that calibrates torque equipment from 4 In. Lbs. up to 600 Ft. Lbs. It has an accuracy of +/- .25% of indicated value and is individually serialized with a matching certificate of calibration traceable to N.I.S.T.
On-site or Mail-In Services
Torque calibrations are performed either on-site or in our climate-controlled Metrology Lab by technicians with advanced knowledge and skill levels. All torque tools are first visually inspected and cleaned before being calibrated and we follow customer requirements, manufacturers specs or our SOP. Electronic calibration documents include complete As Found and As Left data at no additional charge. In addition, any findings such as if the instrument had to be adjusted to pass calibration are noted in the comments section of the report. To complement the electronic documentation, all calibration stickers are bar coded. These durable, thermal printed labels eliminate human error, ensure data accuracy and are easy to read.
